What's included with the NestnGo bag?

Every NestnGo 3-in-1 Changing Bag Backpack comes with a portable changing mat, pram clips for hands-free attachment to any pushchair, and a detachable mini pacifier pouch. Everything is included — you don't need to buy accessories separately.

How big is the bag? Will it fit everything?

The bag measures 40cm × 30cm × 20cm. It comfortably holds 6–8 nappies, a full change of clothes, 2 bottles, wipes, a changing mat, and your personal essentials. It fits under most pram seats and in standard overhead lockers.

Is the bag waterproof?

The outer fabric is water-resistant quilted material — it handles light rain and splashes easily. The interior has a waterproof lining, so liquids from bottles or leaks won't soak through to the outside. We recommend not submerging it or leaving it in heavy rain for extended periods.

Does it fit on any pushchair?

Yes. The included pram clips attach to any standard pushchair or pram handle bar. No adapters needed — clip on and go.

Can both parents use it?

Absolutely. The NestnGo is designed with a unisex look — clean charcoal and grey colourways with no cartoon prints. Both parents can carry it comfortably with the padded, adjustable shoulder straps.

How do I clean the bag?

Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. The interior lining can be wiped clean with a damp cloth or antibacterial wipe. We recommend spot-cleaning rather than machine washing to preserve the shape and fabric.

How long does delivery take?

We offer free standard UK delivery, which typically takes 3–5 working days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. We even accept returns on used bags, as long as they're in good condition. Contact us at nestngo.uk@gmail.com to start a return.

My bag arrived damaged — what do I do?

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at nestngo.uk@gmail.com as soon as possible. We respond within 24 hours and will make it right.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us at nestngo.uk@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel. We process orders quickly, but we'll do our best to help if your order hasn't already been dispatched.
