Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. We understand that sometimes you need to try a product with your baby to know if it works for you — so we accept returns even if the bag has been used, as long as it's in good condition.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in good condition (not excessively worn or damaged by use)
  • Include your receipt or proof of purchase (or send the receipt by email)

If your item arrived damaged during delivery, we will accept a return even if the item shows signs of damage from shipping.


How to Start a Return

RETURN ADDRESS: 

Once your return is approved, we'll send you:

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions on where to send your package
  • Our return address 

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns cannot be accepted.


Damages & Delivery Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged during delivery, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at nestngo.uk@gmail.com so we can make it right.

We respond within 24 hours.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • items damaged NOT from delivery 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you when your refund has been approved.

When approved:

  • You'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
